The Houlihan's on the south side of Town Center Plaza will close March 27 after roughly 30 years in that spot. The building is coming down. 🏗️ Chadwick Place Gets the Green Light
Council unanimously approved the Chadwick Place development south of 135th and east of Chadwick -- 34 single-family homes and 16 twin villa units on 18 acres. The plan was trimmed from 62 units to 50 after a three-and-a-half-month pause to rethink density. JoCo Post

A consultant told the council last week that 135th Street development needs a careful approach. The quote: "If we build too much too fast and it's the wrong format, you can never recover it." She recommended a hardware store, specialty grocery, small offices, and niche retail -- not big apartment complexes or spread-out strip malls. JoCo Post
